Nippon Beer Jozo Information

Nippon Beer Jozo is a craft beer brewery located in Numazu, in Shizuoka, Japan. The brewery started operations in June 2001 and utilise local water from the River Kakita in all of their beers. Nippon Beer Jozo is located on the grounds of the former brewery “Jibiruya” that was Numazu’s first brewery. Nippon Beer Jozo moved to the same building in Numazu City where the former Baird Brewing Brewery was located in May 2019.

• Samurai Surfer Handmade in Shizuoka Pale Ale – a 4.5% American Pale Ale.
• Samurai Surfer Red – a 6% Irish red ale blended with 7 types of malt including Pilsner, along with 3 types of hops.
