OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House : The Bottom Line
Thoough I was at OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House for just the one round of beers – I had plans later on that evening which meant I couldn’t drink much – I would definitely come back here when I am in the area again. It’s a quaint little place with some community feeling going, something that we could all do with in the current climate. There’s also a decent selection of styles on tap, so something for everything. The whole place is non-smoking and has no table charge, with a small area out front for dogs to come and sit.

OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House : Background
OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House is located in the Sasazuka area of Tokyo, about 5 minutes west of Shinjuku station on the Keio Line. The idea for the brewpub came about in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the owner decided to start making craft beer. Headbrewer, Noriko Nishiguchi, had previously been working in the movie industry but felt a change of career was needed and became interested in craft beer.
She wanted to create a place where I could say, “come on over here,” a hub where people could gather and connect. Before opening the brewpub, Nishiguchi-san worked under the tutelage of Shinichi Shibata, the head brewer at “Ginga Kogen Beer“. OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House is situated around a ten minute walk from Sasazuka station, and the reason for opening it in this location was that Nishiguchi-san simply liked the area.
OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House : Atmosphere & Interior
As you approach OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House, you could be mistaken for having gotten lost. The residential area is pretty quiet and it’s only when you get a bit closer to the bar that you can see the signage for the place. Besides this brewpub, there is not much else in the area, besides a small baker across from it, called Dough-ist, but more about that later.
Inside, there are two floors to the brewpub, with the first floor having space for around 15 people at various seats along the walls, and out front, which includes a small area for dogs. The second floor has some seating too, though I didn’t get a chance to sit up there on the day that I went there. There is no table charge here and the whole place is non-smoking; however, I didn’t find any wifi details in the bar, nor was there an open network to connect to.

OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House : Beer & Tap Information
There are eight taps of craft beer on here, with all the taps dedicated to in-house beers, with the brewery located at the back of the first floor. The beers come in two sizes : regular (284 ml) at ¥900 and then large (568 ml) at ¥1,300 with the prices including tax. There is also a three beer flight that gets you any three 180 ml beers for ¥1,600 – not a bad deal if you’re looking to try all of the beers.
On the menu, there was a good variety of styles to choose from – old world beers such as weizens and lagers – along with modern hazy IPAs and flavoured / spiced beers. Moreover, if there are some beers that you like, you can get them to takeaway as well, though selection is limited.
OUR DAYs Brewery & Club House : Food & Menu Information
Considering the size of this place, there are a few bits and pieces to choose from to eat, though nothing substantially. At the weekend though, the second floor does open up for some pop-up food with a small kitchen, so you should check out their Instagram, linked below, for more information about what is on.
However, if you buy bread from Dough-ist, which is across the road from the bar, then you can bring it in to eat at no extra charge. When I went to the bar, there were no English menus available, nor any English speakers; however, their website does list a daily menu of beers, with basic information in English.
