Shizuoka Craft Beer Festival 2017 is a two-day craft beer event held in the Shimizu Port and Harbour area of Shimizu city, Shizuoka. The event is in it’s second year and is on Saturday 23rd September from 11:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 24th September from 11:00 to 18:00 – though it was originally supposed to be held on the 9th and 10th it has moved.
It’s a pay-as-you-go event – the best kind we think – though the prices are decided by the breweries and at the time of writing it’s unknown how much each beer is going to cost or what kind of system it’s going to be – cash or some weird obscure ticketing system. As soon as we know, we’ll update this post with information.
