Daigo Brewery

Daigo Brewery is a Japanese craft beer brewery based in Ibraki, Japan.  Daigo Brewery are brewers of the Yamizo Morino Beer range and also operate a brewpub on site too. Daigo Brewery’s beers are all made using malt imported from Germany and also local spring from the local Yachiyama mountain range. The brewery opened up soon after the Japanese government reduced legislation for the production of beer, and their first beer went on sale in April 1997.

Daigo Brewery Lineup

The following are considered to be part of the all-year round lineup from Daigo Brewery

  • Yamizo Morino Beer Pilsner – a 4.7% pilsner brewed using imported German malts.
  • Yamizo Morino Beer Weizen – a 5% German style hefeweizen brewed to a traditional Bayern recipe.
  • Yamizo Morino Beer Helles – a 5.5% helles beer brewed to a south German style recipe.

Can we make beer there like Hitachinonest brewery does? We are looking to make around 120 bottles.
