Nanto Brewery is a Japanese craft beer brewery based in Nanjō-shi, Okinawa and the brewery owns the Nihede Beer range and was founded in 2001, at Okinawa World attraction. The name “nihede” comes from the local Okinawan language where “にふぇーでーびる “, in English “nihe-de-biru”, is used as an expression of thanks to fellow people. The brewery also uses only malt, hops, yeast and water sourced from the local Gyokusendo cave in their beers. The brewery is located on the site of Okinawa World theme park and aquarium.
