Great Dane Everyday IPA 002 : Appearance, Aroma, and Taste
Great Dane Everyday IPA 002 poured out a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin layer of white head on top that left a few bubbles on top and around the edge of the glass.
For a session IPA, Great Dane Everyday IPA 002 packed a hefty punch of hops on the nose – your typical citrus notes from the Citra, and a touch of tropical mango pineapple from the El Dorado hops as well. The malt aroma in the beer was light in terms of sweetness, with a smidgen of light caramel noted as Great Dane Everyday IPA 002 warmed up.
The body began with a smooth, yet swift, bitterness that segued into the citrus and tropical notes found in the nose. It was an easy drinking beer, with a light, crisp body and found its way to the end with a balanced profile of hops and malt.
