Groundtap Dream Train : Appearance
The beer poured out a hazy vibrant yellow colour with a plump white head on top that left sticky lacing down the side of the glass.
Groundtap Dream Train : Aroma
Pungent aroma of citrus and tropical fruits; lots of lemon and grapefuit, mixed in with some mango and pineapple to boot. A light sweetness from the malts support the hoppiness of the beer, with no discernible alcohol heat or off aromas noted.
Groundtap Dream Train : Taste
Crisp yet mild bitterness with a lingering hoppy flavour throughout. Citrus and tropical fruits in the body as in the nose; lemon and grapefruit with mango and pineapple. No off flavours though a slight candied note to the sweetness as the beer warms up.
