Background
Great Dane Brewing was founded in 1994 in Wisconsin, USA and in January 2024, a new brewery was created in the Akiu area of Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. The restaurant serves original cuisine that combines ingredients from Tohoku and Miyagi with the culture of Wisconsin in the USA.

- Great Dane Everyday IPA 002 – a 4.5% session IPA that uses imported Citra and El Dorado hops.
- Great Dane Great Lager 001 – A 5% American pilsner brewed using Citra, El Dorado, and Tettnanger hops.
- Great Dane Hot Chili IPA 013 – A 5% spiced beer that is brewed with jalapenos, habanero, kumari, and boji chili peppers
- Great Dane Russian Imperial Stout 016 – a 9% imperial stout that is part of their winter lineup.
- Great Dane Scotch Ale 004 – a 6.5% Scotch ale that uses seven different kinds of malt in the making of it.
