Our Brewing Information

Background

Our Brewing is a brewery located in Fukui city, in the prefecture of Fukui. The brewery opened in April 2024 after obtaining their brewing license in February of the same year. The brewery was started upby CEO Tomohiro Okada, who was born and raised near Fukui Station, along with Tatsuya Nakanishi, who is also from Echizen City in Fukui Prefecture.

The brewery was founded from the desire to “let more people know about different types of beer and find their favorite flavor. We want to create a world where people from all over the world can connect with each other through beer.”

Beer Reviews : Regular Lineup

The following are some of the beers we’ve had:

  • Our Brewing Four Dimensions – a 5.5% American pale ale brewed with Cascade hops and locally grown Fukui six-row barley malt.
  • Our Brewing Hoppy Hour – a 6.5% cold IPA brewed with El Dorado hops in the form of pellets and cryo and locally grown Fukui six-row barley malt.
  • Our Brewing Magic Flavour – a 6% hazy IPA brewed with Citra hops in the form of pellets and cryo and locally grown Fukui six-row barley malt.

Beer Reviews : Limited & Seasonal Lineup

The following are some of the limited and seasonal beers we’ve had:

  • Our Brewing Brew Community – a 5.5% coffee lager brewed with Talus hops and locally grown Fukui six-row barley malt, and infused with coffee beans from the local roastery Posse Coffee.
  • Our Brewing Chocolat Ale – a 4% milk stout brewed with Motueka hops and locally grown Fukui six-row barley malt alongside husks from cacao nibs.
  • Our Brewing Dino Kid – a 5.5% American pale ale brewed with Centennial, Citra, and Cryo Ekuanot hops.
