Oriental Brewing : Background

Oriental Brewing is a microbrewery that was established in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture in 2016. Oriental Brewing opened as a brewpub with a brewery attached, in Higashiyama, Kanazawa City, known as the “Higashi Chaya District”. In 2019, they completed the Yuwaku Brewery, their second factory, in preparation for expanding production.

• Oriental Single Hop Citra – a 5% session IPA brewed using only Citra hops, with these ones having been imported from the USA.
• Oriental Brewing Roundup – a roundup of some of the beers we tried at the bars in Kanazawa.
