Shusendo Horiichi : Background
We came across Shusendo Horiichi while we were searching for online beers from In A Daze Brewing. Since then, we’ve bought a few sets of beers from them and have been very happy with both the selection and also the general prices of the store.
It was only a few months ago that I found out that Shusendo Horiichi is also a bricks and mortar store in Nagoya, after I went to Nagoya and wanted to find some craft beer. The store is only about a 15 minute walk from JR Nagoya station, so if you’re in the area, then you could easily pick up a few beers for yourself too. Shusendo Horiichi started out selling natural wines and sake, but expanded to craft beer a few years ago.
Since opening their first store, they have expanded to two more smaller stores in the Nagoya area, but it’s the main on that seems to have most of the beers in stock and it’s also from there that they ship their online purchases. There is a wide selection of domestic beers, but Shusendo Horiichi also stock some imports too.
