Arch Brewery is a Japanese brewery located in Iwakuni, in Yamaguchi, Japan. It was established in November 2017, by two brothers/owners, Masahiro Yanagi and Shojin Yanagi after graduating university in different prefectures. Before opening Arch Brewery, the pair of them visited breweries across Japan and trained at Iwami Bakushu in Shimane. One of the aims of Arch Brewery is to use as many local ingredients as possible in their beer, with some examples being mandarin oranges, from Suo-Ohshima, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and honey.
