Hakuba Craft Information

Background

Hakuba Craft is a craft brewery located in Hakuba, Nagano and has been in operation since 2022. At the time of writing, they were the first brewery to be located inside of a ski resort in Japan, with the brewpub Hakuba Beer Craft being situated at Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort.

Beer Reviews

• Hakuba Craft Avalanche – A 5.5% Red IPA made with Chinook and Citra hops.
• Hakuba Craft Tropical Snow – A 7% hazy IPA brewed with Chinook, El Dorado, Galaxy, and Mosaic.
