Gassan Beer Information

Gassan Beer is a craft beer brewery located in Nishikawa town, in Yamagata, Japan. The brewery is located near Mt. Gassan and first started brewing beer in 1998. All of the beer uses fresh mountain spring water from Mt. Gassan as well as all beers being brewed using German techniques.

• Gassan Pilsner – a 5% German style pilsner that is brewed using German malt.
