Rather than writing up individual reviews for these beers, we’ve come up with a page of beers for our recent trip to Buzzed Lamb Brewing – which is a brewpub located in the Yanaka area of Taito-ku, Tokyo. As these are draught beers, there is no guarantee that they will be on tap if and when you go there.

Buzzed Lamb Mosaic Oome : Mini Review
Appearance : Slightly cloudy golden straw colour with a thin amount of white head on top. Head faded fast to a few bubbles on top.
Aroma : Mosaic from start to finish. Light dankness in the beginning, with some lemon, mango and pineapple in the back.
Body : Light and crips, with more fruitiness from the hops lingering on during drinking. BEST OF THE BUNCH.

Buzzed Lamb Ke no Hi no Bakushu : Details
- Alcohol : 5.5%
- Style : Helles
- IBU : –
Buzzed Lamb Ke no Hi no Bakushu : Mini Review
Appearance : Light straw colour with some chill haze in the beer. Light head which had legs and left rings around the glass.
Aroma : Classic helles aroma – light malt sweetness with floral hop notes all the way through drinking.
Body : Light to medium bodied with a floral hop bitterness to start. Lingering sweetness though a tad heavy for the style. A little bit less alcohol, and would be great.

Buzzed Lamb Make Some Noise!! : Details
- Alcohol : 4.5%
- Style : Session hazy IPA
- IBU : –
Buzzed Lamb Make Some Noise!! : Mini Review
Appearance : Milky yellow colour with no head at all on the beer.
Aroma : Mixed aroma of malt sweetness and some tropical notes from the hops. Subtle nose of citrus as well but hard to tell.
Body : Slight bitterness at the start, but all over the place in the body. Sweet and hoppy but lacking oomph.
