Garcia Andes White : Appearance, Aroma, and Taste

Muted golden yellow, almost orange, colour with a thin amount of white head on top that faded to a few streaks down the side of the glass.

Not too pungent – light wheatiness to the nose with a touch of malt sweetness. Hops were rather muted though with just a touch of citrus notes present. However, there was a touch of oxidation to the beer.

Drinkable but a touch rough around the edges. The body had some prickly flavour going on with the wheat, perhaps the quinoa, though it wasn’t a drain pour, it wasn’t delightful to drink. The hops had some presence, with some light citrus dusting.

The Bottom Line

I’d give Garcia Andes White unless someone buys me a can again to try.
