Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a clean white head that left a thin ring and some streaks down the edge of the glass. No evidence of yeast in the beer.
Brew Classic Revive The Kimagure Sushi : Aroma
Light floral aroma with a touch of grape going on. However, like other beers from Brew Classic, there was an in-house aroma to the beer that does imply infection or some kind of house aroma. It wasn’t unpleasant but certainly didn’t sit well. Light malt sweetness reminiscent of a pilsner.
Brew Classic Revive The Kimagure Sushi : Taste
Starts off with a light to medium level of bitterness – enough to be noticed but not enough to be a head turner. Hop flavour comes in floral with some grape-like notes to it – nothing spectacular but then the in-house “flavour” comes in – is this really a preferred flavour? The body is creamy and light though, and that’s because of the nitrogen added to the beer during the packaging process.

Get rid of this in-house flavour and I might drink this beer again.
