It’s part of their autumn lineup and can be found in both cans and on draught across Japan. Two Rabbits Harvest Weizen is brewed with two strains of raw wheat that has not been malted – Minami no Kaori and Yume no Chikara, along with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.

- Notable Aroma: Banana and clove with a light straw quality. Slight floral notes from the hops. Light cinnamon when warm.

Two Rabbits Harvest Weizen : Aroma & Taste
Two Rabbits Harvest Weizen poured out a hazy golden yellow colour with a medium amount of head on top, though I did use the “wrong” glass for this beer as I was too lazy to wash my weizen glass. Two Rabbits Harvest Weizen had your typical banana and clove aroma to the base of the beer, but there was also a straw like quality that came through the yeasty aromas, which was from the raw wheat used in the making of it. Once the beer had warmed up, there was also a touch of floralness to the aroma, as well as light cinnamon-like quality to it.
The body of Two Rabbits Harvest Weizen was like your typical weizen as well – a good thing as I do like my weizens. The banana and clove were present, but not overpowering, and the cinnamon quality that was present in the nose could be found in the body too. In terms of bitterness, I didn’t notice any of it in the body, though there was a floral quality to it once Two Rabbits Harvest Weizen had warmed up. The flavours were light and did not linger for long on the palate.
