Oedo Beer Festival Autumn 2016The Oedo Beer Festival returns in Autumn back to its construction site roots at the former site of Tokyo Denki University. This year also has a special food theme with gyoza being the chosen one, so expect plenty of choices there (and also to stink a bit from all the garlic!). The Oedo Beer Festival Autumn is due to be held over two sessions, with the first being from 19th October to 23rd October, and the second session running from 26th October to the 30th October. The hours vary from day to day so make sure you check out the BeerTengoku calendar listings here with up to date times.

The Oedo Beer Festival Autumn is a free event to get into with beers starting from 500yen a cup. We really enjoyed last year’s event and the location, with the wrestling being a particular highlight of the event. The move to indoors though for the spring event felt lacklustre and similar to most indoor beer events – sterile and bland.
