Keyaki Hiroba Beer Festival Spring 2016
The annual Keyaki Hiroba Spring Beer Festival is coming up again in May though this year and thankfully it has gone back to one week rather than the two week festival in 2015 that was confusingly split into two sessions to accommodate all the extra breweries and expected crowds that will swarm upon the festival. The festival is held from Wednesday 11th May to Sunday 15th May.

This year, the number of breweries is less than previous years, with about 70 breweries and bars appearing at this year’s event. You can expect the majority of the breweries at Keyaki Hiroba Spring Beer Festival to be from Japan though some overseas breweries will also be in attendance.

Breweries Attending Keyaki Hiroba Beer Festival Spring 2016

this really is a true Japanese craft beer festival. There’s bound to be something that you’d like so get along quick.

With beers starting from ¥300 in price for roughly small sizes of about 250ml, and ¥500 the most common starting price for medium-sized classes. There are also craft beer tastings sets as well for customers to try from most of the breweries as well, that start from ¥1000 for 4 different beers. Some of the breweries are also producing some event only beer for the Keyaki Hiroba Spring Beer Festival, so get along and try some sampler sets.

There is also a small shop where you can pick up some limited edition beers from the festival as well.
