Nobody The Glitch : Appearance, Aroma, and Taste
Nobody The Glitch poured out a light golden honey colour, with some haze to it, though not as strong, or distinct, as a hazy IPA. The head, though it consisted of some density and had hope of sticking around, left some bubbles around the edge of the glass.
The aroma coming off the beer was a clean, lemony aroma, with some light malt dusting of sweetness throughout drinking. As Nobody The Glitch warmed up somewhat, there was a touch of grapefruit aroma present, though it was lying behind the lemony aroma.
Drinking this beer was a pleasent experience, if that makes sense. It had a crips body akin to a lager, though the hoppiness wasn’t a glitch, in spite of the name. The malt sweetness and the hoppy flavours compliemented each other, with neither dominating over the other. The flavours did linger into an aftertaste, though they never really did evolve into something stronger at all.
Nobody The Glitch : The Bottom Line
If you’re looking for an India Pale Lager to try, there aren’t many out there, but Nobody The Glitch is a good example of the style done well.
