It’s part of their winter seasonal lineup, and can be found in both cans and on draugh when on sale. Two Rabbits Jack’s Rabbit : Appearance
Thick pitch black colour with a slight tan coloured head that faded to a few bubbles around the side of the glass. Left some tan streaks down the glass but not much remained.
Two Rabbits Jack’s Rabbit : Aroma
Strong vanilla and oaky aroma to the beer with a well-rounded bourbon nose to the beer. Warming on the nose, with some roasted black malt and chocolate aromas coming through. Deep aroma to the beer that lingers during drinking, and becoming stronger.
Two Rabbits Jack’s Rabbit : Taste
Smooth from start to finish – the barrel aging has taken some time so the bourbon flavours aren’t harsh on the palate. The vanilla and oak notes aren’t as strong in the body as in the nose, but balanced out nicely against the malts – roasted black and chocolate flavours being present. Warming as the beer warms up, but the flavours remained balanced throughout drinking and a pleasant experience.
