A little late to post but this weekend, 26th and 27th October, Tsujido is hosting its annual The Garden Festival, which incorporates two days of performances with craft beer. The event is free to get into and is held at Tsujido Seaside Park, about a 20 minute walk from Tsujido Station. On the 26th, the event is open from 10am to 4pm, while on the 27th it is open from 10am to 3pm and both days are free to get into.
