Let’s Beer Works Dawn! Dawn! Dawn! is a tasty little beer but at quite the price.

SMaSH beers are hit or miss – a hop used well can make a beer become great. A hop not used well, well, ends up with Sakai SMaSH Ibuki.

Grapes and stouts are not a combination that are seen together but Sankt Gallen have tried to bring them together with their 2022 Valentine’s Day effort.

Went down to Passific Brewing for a taproom opening at the end of January which of course meant having some beers.

I drink crap like Sakai Kashi NeIPA so you don’t have to – and you won’t want to if you value your taste buds and stomach.

Sakai Slash Saison seems to have had the rye and honey slashed out of its flavour.
