Appearance : Cloudy, straw-like colour with a fluffy white head on top, lingered throughout drinking.
Aroma : Classic saison – phenols from yeast with a touch of spiciness in the aroma.
Body : Dry and clean body, with typical phenols. Light funk throughout drinking, with a prickly spiciness to the body.

Appearance : Dark golden honey colour with a plump white head that faded fast during drinking.
Aroma : Bold citrus aroma of grapefruit and lemon, with some light malt sweetness.
Body : Swift and bold bitterness at the front, with a lingering citrus body throughout drinking. Dry, with a touch of sweetness as it warms up.

Appearance : Pitch black body with a thick, tan head on top.
Aroma : Coffee and chocolate, with a nutty grain aroma as the beer warms up. Slight roasted black malt aroma present.
Body : Smooth bitterness to start, before the coffee and chocolate begins to shine through. Nutty, grain aroma in the end with some light roasted black malt. BEST OF THE BUNCH.
