T0Ki Brewery : Background

T0Ki Brewery, pronounced “touki” brewery, is located on Sado Island, in Niigata Prefecture, and they are Sado Island’s first microbrewery brewing craft beer. They main idea is that beers are always evolving, so al beers are limited edition and can only be tasted at the particular time (toki) you visit. T0ki Brewery mainly produced American style beers, with IPA made purely according to style using high-quality ingredients, to Hazy IPA using rice malt made at a sake brewery on Sado Island, to collaborations with artists active on Sado Island and new culture.
