Two Rabbits The Jackrabbit Aroma and Taste

Two Rabbits The Jackrabbit poured out a light golden honey colour with a plump white head on top that clung to the side of the glass throughout drinking. It had a both a fruity and pine aroma to it, with the hops bringing an orange and lemon aroma, with some hints of mango coming along. Once Two Rabbits The Jackrabbit had been given the chance to warm up, the malt also brought a subtle caramel-like aroma to the nose, but it wasn’t strong or offensive.

The initial bitterness to Two Rabbits The Jackrabbit was short and sweet – it wasn’t going to screw your face up but it was enough to let you know it was there. Two Rabbits The Jackrabbit’s body was fruity more than piney, with the orange and lemon flavour being the most pronounced, and a slight pine flavour coming through once the beer had warmed up a little bit. In terms of malt flavours, once again, the caramel flavours came through first; however, once Two Rabbits The Jackrabbit had warmed up, there was also a slight biscuit quality to the beer. The malt and fruity flavours interplayed with one another throughout the rest of drinking, continuing into the aftertaste.
